What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible. We offer two delivery methods, either Royal Mail or DPD. Please select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.

Is payment on RIDDEN secure and how am I protected ?

Yes, our payments process is secure and the safety & security of our customer’s details – financial and other- is paramount to us. Our aim is to have happy , returning riders coming back to RIDDEN.cc, so you will notice a number of measures we take to ensure payment & data security:

  • Secure checkout. You will notice in the left of the URL window that when you enter the purchase process, the https:// secure web address is displayed
  • Checkout via Shopify, one of the world’s largest ecommerce platforms. Shopify is listed on the New York Stock exchange and processes  millions of transactions every year, securely.
  • We are registered with the UK Data Protection registrar [ref A8146711] for the processing and management of personal data.

How Can I Return A Product?

Yes, you can return products, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt and we receive them within 28 days.

Each RIDDEN product is printed to order and tailor-made especially for you – in terms of the unique colour, design and size combination you require. We take every care to ensure products are quality-checked before being dispatched, but if a fault does creep through or the sizing just doesn’t work,  please get in touch.  Simply email us with a photo and description of the fault at info@ridden.cc and then arrange to post the product back to using the Returns slip we send you.

Please note: we only exchange an item if it is returned to us unworn and in the original condition with tags still attached.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After it’s Been Placed?

Once your order has been placed and payment taken, the process will have started print your products. As each of our items is created bespoke, using print-on-demand services to combine your unique choice of size, colour and design, we cannot cancel orders once placed.

You can however return goods if you are not happy with them, for up to 28 days after ordering.

If there is a problem, do email as soon as possible at  info@ridden.cc or call us, and we will try to sort the issue for you. Our aim is to get customer back again & again, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All our clothing and gifts are made to order. We aim to have your order ready for despatch as soon as possible within 2-5 working days. Please then add time for delivery depending on your choice of Royal Mail or DPD.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We also deliver to Europe and the rest of the world, please email us for these delivery charges on info@ridden.cc

How Can I Track My Package?

It is only possible to track your parcel if you have upgraded your service to tracked delivery. The tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address.

Disclaimer

Any package that is returned by Royal Mail or DPD to RIDDEN due to the following reasons: ‘wrong’ or ‘incomplete’ address (it is the customers responsibility to ensure a full valid address is entered); several attempts of delivery; item not picked up from specified address on calling card; new specified address by yourself, then item can be re-delivered but you must be re-charged for delivery costs.

RIDDEN is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes.

Is RIDDEN.cc a UK limited company and is my purchase covered under UK law ?

Yes, Ridden.cc Limited is a UK company, based in Guildford, Surrey and with all it’s products printed and delivered from the UK and covered by UK law.

We are registered with the UK Government Data Protection registrar for the processing and management of consumer data- our reference A 8146711 if required.
